Parkchester’s Annual Kwanzaa Celebration will take place on Friday, Dec. 29th, from 3 - 8 pm at St. Helena’s Church - 1315 Olmstead Ave. $10 suggested donation; children are free.
There will be performers, speakers, food, African attire, vendors, and more! If you want to help volunteer at the event, please contact Debra Oguamah at 646-671-2876.
Have some outdoor fun with the whole family on Kite Day taking place April 20th from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the East Oval (behind 1594 Metropolitan Avenue). Each child will get a free kite while supplies last.
When you arrive, please present proof of Parkchester residency.

Celebrate the start of the holiday season with your neighbors in the Oval on Tuesday, December 3, at 6:30 p.m. at the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. Entertainment will be provided by Music With a Message. We'll see you there!
