PPM firmly believes in providing quality service to its residents. We want to make sure your apartments are in good working order. Please fill out the information in the form below and our Service Department will contact you as soon as possible. Only one service request is allowed per submission. Please allow 2 business days for processing and review for all non-emergency repairs.
You can also still call the Service Department 24 hours a day. The Service Department is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 8:45 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM except on holidays. The Department of Public Safety answers calls outside the above hours at 718-319-8042 24/7. Please be advised that many calls outside of normal business hours from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM may be billable depending on the nature of the service.
