Welcome to our online payment portal page.
There are two methods of payment currently available.

1) You can pay using ClickPay through January 31, 2025. That method of payment will be permanently disabled after that date. We ask that you transfer your online payments to RentCafe by the end of January 2025.

2) RentCafe is the second payment method available through this portal page. It is the new preferred online payment portal for PPC. Through the RentCafe payment portal, you can conveniently make one-time or scheduled payments online and much more. If you haven’t moved from ClickPay to RentCafe please follow the instructions below.

GETTING STARTED WITH RENTCAFE

As PPC’s preferred way of accepting payments, we invite you to get started by clicking on the registration link that was sent to your email address on file with Parkchester.

1. Click the PPC Residential Registration Link in your email and reset your password.
2. Set up your bank account – Must be verified before use – A test deposit will be sent your bank account, and that test deposit must be entered before you can pay online.
3. Set up scheduled payments or make one-time payments.
4. Download the RentCafe Resident Mobile App from your Apple or Android app store.
